Base of Operations: A boarded up repair garage in the desert about 20 miles from the town of Sells, Arizona. The garage is covered by corrugated iron and lead and features a secret underground basement linked to the garage itself via a small lift, enough to fit a car on. This is where Hibiki keeps his computers and spends most of his time.

Personality: Hibiki is by nature, a cautious person, in part because of his powers, which he usually keeps deep within him to avoid causing unnecessary pain, preferring to fight with some other means such as his katana, or favored magnum.
He is also known as spontaneous and random which sometimes outcasts him from groups, which has made him socially handicapped in many ways.

Known Superhuman Powers: Hibiki is a mutant with the ability to absorb and emit large amounts of gamma radiation either as an unseen effect or as a powerful radioactive green flame. When Hibiki uses his powers, whatever part of his body he emits the flame from becomes see-through, his bones become black against the green glow of his body's interior, as a result when he completely encompasses his body in the fire, he takes on the visage of a flaming black skeleton. If he chooses Hibiki can regulate the radioactive intensity and heat of the fire, allowing him to burn whatever he chooses, handy when you have a limited supply of clothes. One of his first manifestations was as an unseen particle emission, which killed his best friend and guardian Conrad Faigan, along with others in the city, before he chose to seek solitude in the south Arizonian desert.

Vile : Hibiki's gamma radiation started to effect his body in the dense air on earth.The radiation was taking over his body.Hibiki used his powers so much his skin became black as well as his hair.His bodily fluids boiled to a point Hibiki can not eat or drink any solids or liquids, his organs fused together amplifying his intake of radiation.Now he must use his gamma radiation to feed off the radiation in the air and the things around him to get the nutritions to survive.This also effected the way he emmited and used his power.The radiation now would be absorbed but not of a bright green color, it would be a dark green smog.This made the gamma radiation heavy and more dangerous for a normal human to breathe or super humans at that matter.Yet after emmited out of his body in a force or ray,it quickly made towards the ground after the force from Hibiki would fade or gained to much distance between him and the target.This reaction questions Hibiki many times over, still he has not figured out the cause or a way to control or return back to normal.He still searches looking for an answer, the only thing he has accomplished was giving it a name,"Vile".



History: Born in Phenix City in Alabama, Cody's pearents were shot and killed by a mugger when he was 9. He lived on the streets from then on, unable to return to his house out of fear of the government putting him with foster pearents.
He was taken in by an Irishman, Conrad Faigan who owned a gun shop and he worked as a thief, to both help his Conrad's illegitimate arms for the trade IRA and to live on himself. The two became close friends of his for many years, harboring him from the police and the child protection agency.
Cody earned the name "Hibiki", meaning "The echo that hunts itself" by the Yakuza boss for echoing the repetitive fierceness and fire of their business and Cody himself. The Yakuza taught him to fight and Faigan taught him how to shoot a long with general education. Hibiki found most of his knowledge through books and the internet, gaining also the ability to both fix and hack them. He moved up to fixing vehicles in the shops garage, where most Conrad's dealings took place, and eventually on to gun repair and maintenance.
However a few months in to his 14th year, Cody became a mutant, (his unusually shaded green hair a precursor to this) and started to emit gamma particles that made others around him ill.
He ran away, stealing a car and driving across many states, untill he finally settled in an abandoned repair garage just north of a town called Sells, Arizona.
With what he learned from Conrad and the Yakuza he made the building his base and home, a hideout from the law and all who seek to hunt him.
Hibiki discovered he had some control over his powers, enabling him to keep his energy deep within him, so that he could interact with others without giving them radiation sickness, and also discovered he could focus these particles and manifest them as a green gamma flame, capable of causing severe damage.
He isolated the building off from others, posting radioactive stickers and planting signs warning of radioactivity in the area. No one would question or go near the area then, but to make sure he also installed cameras and sensors which would alert him of any nearby presence.
